Shipping

Orders are shipped domestically from Melbourne Monday to Friday excluding Australian public holidays.

  • Currently, orders are processed within 1-3 business days from time of payment
  • Standard shipping (2-8 business days) is $10.00 for all orders less than $100
  • Standard shipping (2-8 business days) is free for all orders $100 and over
  • Express shipping (1-2 business days) is $15.00 for all orders
  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as holidays and sales

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.

UNATTENDED DELIVERY
If you have not provided Authority To Leave, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
Vue Commune does not take responsibility for stolen packages. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@vuecommune.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
